User Accounts

Account Creation

Subscription and Payments

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for early cancellation or unused subscription time.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Feederr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Please send a detailed description of the dispute to our feedback page.

Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or equivalent body in your jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
